6. Abducens nerve (VI): This nerve controls the movement of the lateral rectus muscle of the eye.

7. Facial nerve (VII): This nerve controls the muscles of the face and is also responsible for taste sensation in the anterior two-thirds of the tongue.

8. Vestibulocochlear nerve (VIII): This nerve controls the sense of hearing and balance.

9. Glossopharyngeal nerve (IX): This nerve controls the muscles of the pharynx and is responsible for taste sensation in the posterior one-third of the tongue.

10. Vagus nerve (X): This nerve controls the muscles of the heart, lungs, and digestive system.

11. Accessory nerve (XI): This nerve controls the muscles of the neck and shoulders.

12. Hypoglossal nerve (XII): This nerve controls the muscles of the tongue.
