In the absence of agreement partners are NOT ENTITLED TO ANY OF THE REMUNERATION . Therefore only int. on loan will be GN. to them even when there is nothing mentioned abt it in agreement. This is because loan from a partner is treated as a outside liability and it must be GN . irrespective of profit or loss incurred during tat yr. And the standard rate of interest is 6% of rate of int. is not mentioned in agreement.
