Explanation : DNA fingerprinting is a technique that simultaneously detect lots of minisatellites in the genome to produce a pattern unique to an individual. Your DNA fingerprint is something u r born with, it is unique to all.
4 steps of DNA fingerprint:
1) collect DNA sample ( blood, hair)
2) fragment DNA with restriction enzymes.
3)load fragments into gel ,run an electric current .DNA is (-) nd will move to the (+) end.
4) smaller fragments move faster creating a band pattern on gel,then u read the pattern.
