Are admitted, the ratio becomes 7 : 5. Let the number of new boys admitted be x.

Initially, the number of boys is 5/9 * 432 = 240.
The number of girls is 4/9 * 432 = 192.

After the new boys are admitted, the number of boys becomes 240 + x.
The number of girls remains the same, which is 192.

Therefore, the new ratio is (240 + x) : 192 = 7 : 5.

Cross multiplying, we get (240 + x) * 5 = 7 * 192.
Dividing both sides by 5, we get 240 + x = 7 * 192 / 5.
Simplifying the right side, we get 240 + x = 7 * 38.4.
Multiplying 7 by 38.4, we get 268.8.

Therefore, x = 268.8 - 240 = 28.8.

Therefore, the number of new boys admitted is 28.8.
