x-2=0
x=2
so,
p(x) =x⁴ - x³ + 2x² - mx + 4 ;
p(2) =(2)⁴ - (2)³ + 2(2)² - m(2) + 4 ;
=16 - 8 + 8 - m(2) + 4 ;
=16 - 2m + 4 ;
=20 - 2m) ;
=m = 20/2 ;
=m = 10.ANS
