DIRECTIONS for questions: Answer the questions on the basis of the in...
Calculation of Total Profit:
- Chinta Singh's total profit can be calculated by finding the difference between the selling price and the purchasing price of each product, and then multiplying it by the number of units sold.
- Let's calculate the profit for each product:
- For product A: Profit per unit = Rs.184 - Rs.120 = Rs.64
- For product B: Profit per unit = Rs.460 - Rs.400 = Rs.60
- For product C: Profit per unit = Rs.256 - Rs.160 = Rs.96
- For product D: Profit per unit = Rs.352 - Rs.320 = Rs.32
- For product E: Profit per unit = Rs.720 - Rs.640 = Rs.80
- For product F: Profit per unit = Rs.196 - Rs.140 = Rs.56

Calculation of Total Profit on Selling 200 Units:
- If Chinta Singh sold a total of 200 units on that day, then his total profit can be calculated by adding the profits from selling each product:
- Total profit = (64 + 60 + 96 + 32 + 80 + 56) * 2 (as he sold 200 units)
- Total profit = Rs.388 * 2 = Rs.776

Checking the Options:
- Now, let's check the given options to see which one cannot be his total profit on that day:
- Rs.8,800 is not possible as it is much higher than the calculated total profit of Rs.776.
- Rs.12,800 is also not possible as it is significantly higher than the actual profit.
- Rs.14,600 is not possible as well, as it exceeds the calculated total profit of Rs.776.
- Rs.17,600 is not possible either, as it is much higher than the actual profit earned by selling 200 units.
Therefore, option C (Rs.14,600) cannot be his total profit on that day.
