In which case, the dissociation of acetic acid will be more?

The dissociation of acetic acid will be more in the water solution (Case II) compared to the benzene solution (Case I). This is because water is a polar solvent and can better solvate and stabilize the ions produced upon dissociation of acetic acid. On the other hand, benzene is a nonpolar solvent and cannot solvate the ions as effectively, leading to less dissociation of the acid.
