रैदास भक्ति काल के प्रसिद्ध संत थे व ऐसा माना जाता हैं कि वह संत मीराबाई के गुरु भी थे I उनकी भक्ति कुछ इस प्रकार की थी कि वह हर किसी को भगवान का रूप ही समझते थे और मूर्ती पूजा के सख्त खिलाफ थे I
उन्होंने एक महान सीख जिसका किस्सा था : जब मीराबाई उनसे शिक्षा लेने आई,तो उन्होंने कहा - प्रणाम गुरुदेव ! मैं हूँ,मीरा I
तब उन्होंने एक बेहतरीन सीख दी - यदि मैं"हैं तो मीरा"क्यों है ? और अगर मीरा" है तो मैं" किसलिए ?
