After preparing the journal and Ledger a/c the accountant prepare the trial balance...The trial balance have its 3 methods Totalling method balancing method and third one is sum of these two accounts.....Balance sheet is a another topic in balance sheet we take the liabilities and assets and write in a mannered way in balance sheet then balancing all the figures and gets the gross profit or gross loss liabilities is in the left side column  and assets is in right side.....
