Dear Manager,
I am writing this letter to express my disappointment with the poor quality of food and service I received at your restaurant on my recent visit. I visited your restaurant on the evening of 15th September with my family.
Poor Quality of Food
To start with, the food we ordered was not up to the mark. The soup was cold and tasted stale. The main course we ordered was overcooked and dry. We had to wait for more than 30 minutes for our dessert to arrive, and when it finally did, it was melted and inedible.

Moreover, the service we received was also below average. The waiters were rude and unprofessional. They took a long time to attend to our requests, and even after several reminders, they did not come to check if we needed anything else.

Overall, our experience at your restaurant was very disappointing, and it did not meet our expectations. We came to your restaurant hoping to have a good time and enjoy a good meal, but instead, we left feeling unsatisfied and disappointed.
