When I was a child, there used to be a fair in my town during the Diwali and Eid festivities. Among the many things I saw was a strange puppet show. There were three puppets, one of a man, another of a woman and the third one of a rakshasa (demon). Whenever the rakshasa was brought close to the woman, she would turn her face away. But when the man was brought close to her, she would turn back and face the man.

I and my friends looked at this show and argued for hours what caused the woman to turn her face. Choose one or more of the options below about my childhood experience above:

When I was a child, there used to be a fair in my town during the Diwa...
Explanation:

Asking the manager to move the puppets backwards towards each other:
When the friend asked the manager to move the puppets backwards towards each other, he could have observed the effect of the magnets inside the puppets' faces.

Effect of magnets:
Magnets inside the puppets' faces would have caused a repelling force when the rakshasa puppet was brought close to the woman puppet, making her turn her face away. Conversely, when the man puppet was brought close to the woman, the magnets would have caused an attracting force, making her turn back and face the man.

Observation:
By asking the manager to move the puppets in this specific way, the friend would have been able to observe how the magnets inside the puppets influenced their movements and interactions with each other.

Conclusion:
Based on the friend's observation after asking the manager to move the puppets backwards towards each other, he could have deduced that there were magnets inside the puppets' faces, which caused the woman puppet to turn her face based on the magnetic forces generated by the different puppets.
