Solution:

Given:

A, B, C, D, E, F, and G are travelling in three different vehicles - Maruti, Santro, Opel - and only one of them is a male. There are two engineers, two doctors and three teachers among them.
(i) C is lady doctor and she does not travel with the pair of sisters, A and F
(ii) B, a male engineer, travels with only G, a teacher in Maruti
(iii) D is a male doctor
(iv) Two persons belonging to the same profession do not travel in the same vehicle.
(v) A is not an engineer and travels in Santro.

Let us first list down the possible professions for each person:

A and F cannot be doctors (as C is the only lady doctor)
B cannot be a doctor (as D is the only male doctor)
So, the two doctors are C and D.
A is not an engineer, so A can be a teacher.
Similarly, F can be an engineer.

Now, let us see which professions are left to be assigned to the remaining people:
B is an engineer and travels with G, who is a teacher.
So, the remaining two teachers are A and E.
Therefore, F must be the second engineer.

So, the final list of professions is as follows:
A - Teacher
B - Engineer
C - Doctor
D - Doctor
E - Teacher
F - Engineer
G - Teacher

Hence, the profession of F is an Engineer.
