According the poet, once water rises towards the sky, it is "vaguely formed". It changes its form and remains unchanged at the same time. This means that, the water changes form into water vapour, and turns into clouds.

What happens to the rain in the sky?

Explanation:
When water vapor in the atmosphere condenses, it forms raindrops. This process occurs in several steps:

1. Evaporation:
Water from various sources, such as lakes, rivers, and oceans, evaporates into the atmosphere. This process is driven by the heat energy from the sun, which causes water molecules to gain enough energy to break away from the liquid and become water vapor or gas.

2. Condensation:
As the warm, moist air rises, it encounters cooler temperatures in the upper atmosphere. The cooler air cannot hold as much moisture as the warmer air, so the water vapor begins to condense into tiny water droplets or ice crystals. These droplets and crystals combine to form clouds.

3. Cloud Formation:
The condensed water droplets and ice crystals gather around dust particles, pollutants, or other particles in the atmosphere. These particles act as cloud condensation nuclei, providing a surface for the water to cling to. As more and more water vapor condenses onto these particles, clouds form.

4. Precipitation:
Within the clouds, the water droplets continue to combine and grow larger. When these droplets become too heavy to remain suspended in the air, they fall to the ground as precipitation. Depending on the temperature, precipitation can occur as rain, snow, sleet, or hail.

5. Raindrops:
Raindrops are formed when the water droplets within a cloud collide and merge with other droplets. As they continue to fall, they gather more water and increase in size. Eventually, they become large enough to overcome the upward air currents and fall to the Earth's surface as rain.

In summary, rain occurs when water vapor in the atmosphere undergoes evaporation, condensation, cloud formation, and eventually precipitation. The condensed water droplets in the clouds combine and grow to form raindrops, which then fall to the ground as rain.
