Side of the square = Perimeter/4 = 40/4 =10 cm
Diagonal AC of square = Side x √2 =10√2 cm
AC is also diameter of circle.
Radius of circle = 5√2 cm
Area of circle = 3.14 x (5√2)2 = 3.14 x 50 = 157 cm2
Area of square = 100 cm2
Area of blue portion = 157-100 = 57 cm2.
