  • First, we find the multiples of 5 between 200 and 800 which are 200, 205, 210, ..., 795, 800.

  • Next, we find the multiples of 7 between 200 and 800 which are 203, 210, 217, ..., 791, 798.

  • Now we need to find the numbers that are not multiples of 5 or 7 between 200 and 800.

  • We can do this by subtracting the number of multiples of 5 and 7 from the total numbers between 200 and 800.

  • There are 601 numbers between 200 and 800 (800-200+1).

  • There are 120 multiples of 5 between 200 and 800 (5*40).

  • There are 86 multiples of 7 between 200 and 800 (7*12+1).

  • However, some numbers are counted twice as they are multiples of both 5 and 7. We need to subtract these numbers once.

  • The numbers that are multiples of both 5 and 7 are 210, 420, and 630.
