As A has order 3X4 therefore it's transpose A' will have an order of 4x3 and we are multiplying A'B and multiplication of matrices is only define when the number of columns of the first matrix is equal to the number of rows of second matrix and as A' has 3 columns therefore B will have 3 rows and also we are multiplying BA' therefore number of columns of B should be equal to the number of rows of A'
and number of rows of A' is 4 therefore B will have 4 columns hence option a is correct.'
