In each of these questions there are two sets of figures. In the given series,
From figure 1 to figure 2, following change takes place
First and fourth element from top are interchanged. Remaining elements will be in the same position.
From figure 2 to figure 3, following change takes place
All the elements shift upwards by one step i.e fourth element from top will be third from top in next step, third element will be second, second element will be first and top element shifts to fourth position.
These two steps are repeated alternately.
So considering the given question, from figure 3 to figure 4, only first and fourth elements from top should be interchanged i.e option 'e'
