Set achievable goals and don't stop until you finish it
and always reward yourself after you successfully complete a task
because if you do so, your brain will automatically want to finish the next task and want a reward
the word reward doesn't stand for anything fancy like an iPhone 14 pro or something
it can even be a chocolate or a pen or something like that
something that excites your brain
and always belive yourself
which is the most important of all
because if you don't have confidence in yourself you won't be able to stay motivated
