Net Expenditure for
2004-05 = 100 - 10 - 4 =86
2006-07 = 100 - 15 - 2 = 83
2009-10 = 100 - 10 - 4 = 86
Clearly net expenditure as percentage of Gross Sales is maximum in 2004 - 05 and 2009 - 10.
