    Then from Information 3, occupant of room number 102 must be having 24 shirts.
    From information 9, occupant of room number 105 owns 8 shirts and if the friend from Mumbai bought 'x' number of t-shirts, then the occupant of room number 105 must have bought (x - 2) number of t-shirts. The friends from Hyderabad owns 16 shirts bought 24 t-shirts in the last year.
    So he must be staying in 106 and the occupant of 102 is from Chandigarh. So the possible rooms of Mumbai, Delhi and Chennai friends are 101, 103 and 105 respectively. Hence room 104 is occupied by Kolkata friend.
