Here we are stating that litchi is mainly harmful for children who are undernourished and they go to bed with empty stomach after having this fruit. It does not induce any kind of harm if the child is properly nourished.
Among the given words in both the columns, we can use both cause and induce for the first blank whereas for the second blank, there are two words that can be used interchangeably to make the sentence grammatically and contextually correct and they are empty and vacant. Hence, we can use the combinations A-F and B-D to fill the given blanks correctly. There is no other combination of words that can make the sentence grammatically and contextually correct.  
This makes Option B the correct choice among the given options.
