There are three liquids Juice, Water and oil - 20L, 40L and 30L respe...
In the first mixture, Water to Oil = 3:4, let water be 3x and oil be 4x
In the second mixture, Oil to Juice = 1:1, let oil be y and juice be y
In the third mixture, Juice to Water = 2:3, let water be 3z and juice be 2z
We know,
3x + 3z = 40 ...(i)
4x + y = 30 ...(ii)
Y + 2z = 20 ...(iii)
from (ii),(iii) we get,
4x - 2z = 10
now, from (i) multiply by 4 and (-) (iv) multiply by 3, we get
12x + 12z = 80
12x - 6z = 30
18z = 110
Z = 50/9
Solving we get
x = 55/9, y = 50/9 65/9
