Raising a refund request with EduRev is a straightforward process that just takes a few minutes. You can raise a refund request by sending an email at support@edurev.in with the purchase details of the EduRev Infinity Package within 24 hours of the purchase of the package.
You should mention these details in the refund email: your registered name, your registered email id, contact number & any other specific details. Someone from our team will contact you accordingly in the next 24-48 hours to take it forward accordingly.
If your refund is approved, it will be credited to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Please note that a refund request should be raised within 24 hours of purchasing the EduRev Infinity Package. Else, it won’t be applicable for a refund.
