Here, output of MUX 1 is input to MUX 2.
Output of MUX 1 = P′Q + PR
Output of MUX 2 = Q′R + Q(P′Q + PR)

= Q′R + Q(P′ + PR)
= Q′R + Q(P′ + R)
= Q′R + P′Q + QR
So, the sum of product form of the output X are Q′R + P′Q + PQR and Q′R + P′Q + QR.
