Take a small Bell jar having a rubber cork fitted in its neck . Suspend a small Bell inside the jar with the help if a glass rod. Let the upper end of the road Project out from the hole in the rubber cork and fit these cork firmly in the neck of the bell jar . Choose the small opening around the glass Road with an adhesive solution so that the rubber cork closes the jar neck in an 'air tight' way. Snake the George show that the belly starts vibrating you will be able to hear the sound of bell quite clearly.Now connect the bell jar to a vacuum pump and start it evacuating the air from it we will no longer hear the sound of bell when the jar shaken............

Take a air sealed container enter a object that produce sound make a hole on the cap of container enter a vaccines nib in hole now pull the syringe and you will be no more able to hear the sound. Note:vaccine should be large as it has to take in all the air of the container
