If the vegetarian male population of village P is 18900.
vegetarian male population of village P = 45% = 18900
1% = 420
Total male population of village P = 100% = 42000
the vegetarian female population of village T is 12320.
vegetarian female population of village T = (100-56)% = 12320
44% = 12320
1% = 280
Total female population of village T = 100% = 28000
Let’s assume the male and female population of village T is TM and TF respectively.
Let’s assume the male and female population of village P is PM and PF respectively.
It is assumed that the total population of village P is 12000 more than the total population of village T.
PM + PF = TM + TF + 12000
42000 + PF = TM + 28000 + 12000
42000 + PF = TM + 40000
TM - PF = 42000-40000
Difference between the female population of village P and male population of village T = 2000
Hence, option a is the correct answer.
