Today, I bid goodbye to my grandmother as I leave for a foreign country. It was an emotional moment for both of us, but I couldn't help feeling worried and anxious about leaving her behind.
My Fears and Worries
- Her Health: My grandmother is not getting any younger, and I fear that her health might deteriorate in my absence. She has always been there for me, and the thought of not being around when she needs me is unsettling.
- Loneliness: My grandmother lives alone, and I worry that she might feel lonely without me. I have been her constant companion for years, and I fear that she might feel lost without me around.
- Safety: I am also worried about her safety. She lives in a big city, and the crime rate is high. Although she assures me that she will be fine, I can't help but think about all the things that could go wrong.
Coping with my fears
As I boarded the train, I tried to stay positive and think about the ways in which my grandmother could cope in my absence.
- Staying Connected: I promised to call her regularly and keep her updated on my travels. I also encouraged her to use technology to stay connected with me and other family members.
- Seeking Support: I reminded her that she has a support system in the form of friends and neighbours who are always willing to help.

Introduction
Today, I am leaving for abroad and my grandmother came to see me off at the railway station. It was a very emotional moment for both of us. As I sat in the train, I couldn't help but worry about my grandmother and how she would manage without me.
Fears and Worries
My grandmother is a very old lady and she has always been there for me. She has taken care of me since my childhood and now it is my turn to take care of her. I am worried about her health and how she will manage without me.
She is not very good with technology and I am afraid that she will have trouble reaching me in case of an emergency. I have tried to explain everything to her, but I am not sure if she fully understands.
I am also worried about her safety. She lives alone and I fear that she might fall sick or get injured and there will be no one to take care of her.
Conclusion
It is hard for me to leave my grandmother behind, but I know that I have to go abroad to pursue my dreams. I will try my best to stay in touch with her and make sure that she is okay. I hope that she will be able to manage without me and that I will be able to come back soon to see her.
