- A person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, and Vietnam with the intention of permanent settlement in India is also eligible.
2. Age Limit:
- The candidate must be between 21 and 30 years of age. Age relaxation is provided to candidates belonging to reserved categories as per government norms.
3. Educational Qualifications:
- The candidate must have a minimum of 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD) or an equivalent grade in Bachelor's degree as well as in 12th and 10th standard examinations.
- For candidates with M.Phil. and Ph.D. qualifications, a relaxation of 5% in the minimum marks is provided.
Key Points:
- Candidates in their final year of Bachelor's degree are also eligible to apply, provided they can provide proof of passing the examination by a specific date set by the RBI.
- Candidates possessing professional and technical qualifications recognized by the government as equivalent to a Bachelor's degree are also eligible to apply.
