As Neet is conducted by CBSE & the most important books for preparation are NCERTs , but this isn't true for Jee main. Study all the concepts thoroughly from Ncert and use reference book for numerical practice but don't stick to the Ncert only. I'd say that Ncert is better for physical & inorganic chemistry, same isn't true for Organic..U would come to know once u will solve past yrs quest. papers that most of them asked were out of Ncert.
