Directions: Study the information given below and answer the question....
A = {Sedan, Coupe}
B = {SUV, Hatchback, Wagon}
Mr. Gray identified cars of set A correctly and Mr. White identified cars of set B correctly.
Now, if we look at the given information.
Mr. Gray identified Sedans and Coupes correctly, i.e. if he looked at a Sedan, he identified it as a Sedan and if he looked at a Coupe, he would identify that as a Coupe, and he could not identify the other types of cars properly, i.e. if he looked at a Hatchback, he might name it as a Sedan / a Coupe / an SUV / a Hatchback / a Wagon.
If Mr. Gray said that there were five Sedans in Showroom-A, there were not more than five Sedans in Showroom-A; similarly in Showroom-A, there were not more than 3 Coupes, but from the first Chart, we cannot say anything definite about the other three types of cars.
Similarly, from the second chart, in Showroom-A, Mr. White said that there were 14 cars of set B, the number of this set B cars was at most 14 and thus that of set A cars was at least 6.
Now, by combining the pieces of information from Mr. Gray and Mr. White:
In Showroom-A, there were at least six and at most eight cars of set A and at least twelve and at most fourteen cars of set B.
Range of the Number of Cars:

As Mr. White (who identified SUVs as SUVs) identified only one SUV in Showroom-A, and there was at least one car of each type in each showroom, there was only one SUV in Showroom-A.
From the above table, we can say that in Showroom-C, the total number of cars in set A was 4 and that of in set B was 16.
As Mr. White identified 2 SUVs, 6 Hatchbacks and 8 Wagons in Showroom-C, which add up to 16, there would be exactly 2 SUVs in Showroom-C.
The number of SUVs in the other showrooms cannot be found uniquely.
