Let's Consider the Triangle A0A1A2 
As this is a right angled triangle to get A0A= √ (12 + 12 ) = √2
Coming to Triangle A0A2A
As this is a right angled triangle to get A 0A3 = √(A0A2+ A2A32) = √ (√22 + 12 ) = √3
Simillarly for distance A0A4 = √(A0A32 + A3A42) = √ (√32 + 12 ) = √4
On Continuing we get A0A24 = √24 
A0A25 = √ (A0A242 + A24A252) = √ (√242 + 12) = √25 = 5
