The graphical presentation of  the Michaelis-Menten equation is given below:
  • The plot is given as a plot between 1/Rate(1/v) on the y-axis and 1/substrate conc.(1/[S]) on the X-axis where the slope is m and the intercept is c
  • Thus if we plot (1/Rate)VS(1/substrate conc) in the above plot then we get a gradient of the equation as km/Vmax which is equal to m and the intercept (c) is 1/vmax.
  • If we take the ratio of slope over intercept from the following plot then we get Michaelis-Menten Constant.
