At the equivalence point, the moles of acid are equal to the moles of base, resulting in the formation of sodium acetate (CH3COONa) and water.

pH at the equivalence point
Since acetic acid is a weak acid, the pH at the equivalence point is greater than 7. The sodium acetate formed in the reaction acts as a salt of a weak acid and a strong base. This salt hydrolyzes in water to form a basic solution. The hydrolysis reaction produces hydroxide ions (OH-) which increase the pH of the solution. As a result, the pH at the equivalence point of the titration of acetic acid with sodium hydroxide is greater than 8.
