YA , ITS MERCURY.  BECAUSE MERCURY IS A  ROOM LIQUID METAL BUT IT IS NOT A SOLID METAL .

Mercury (A) option is right answer. It is only metal which is liquid at room temperature and for general information bromine is a non-metal which is liquid at room temperature....
