🔸First I have to say there are Three Codons which does not code for any amino acids hence called nonsense codons and also called termination codons Bcoz they terminate process of translation .◾They are UAA,,, UGA,,,, UAA. ◾5' AUG UUU GUG UC(=11th)A AGU UAA 3' 🔸Let's talk about before replacement : ◾Here only one that is UAA is non sense codon at last. All other 5 are sense codons & code for amino acids.Hence 5 Amino acids are formed. 🔸Now after replacement by G : 5' AUG UUU GUG UGA AGU UAA 3' ◾Now 4 th codon UGA is nonsense codon and terminate translation process further from it. ◾Before that codon only 3 are sense codons which codes for 3 amino acids.#I hope u got it.✌✌✌✌✌
