⇒ y' = 6e2x - 2e-2x - α           ...(1)
y' (0) = 1      (Given)
.:. 1 = 6 - 2 - α
⇒ α = 3
Again from (1)
y" = 4(3e2x + e-2x)
⇒ y" -  4y = 4αx
⇒ β = - 4
.:. α + β= -1
