Given Information:
- Average weight of 15 men is increased by 1 Kg
- Weight of one man is 60 Kg

Calculation:

Step 1: Calculate the total weight of 15 men before the increase
- Let the total weight be T
- Average weight = Total weight / Number of men
- Average weight = T / 15
- Total weight before increase = Average weight * Number of men
- T = (Average weight before increase) * 15
- T = (Average weight + 1) * 15

Step 2: Calculate the total weight of 15 men after the increase
- New average weight = Average weight + 1
- New total weight = New average weight * Number of men
- New total weight = (Average weight + 1) * 15

Step 3: Calculate the weight of the new man
- Let the weight of the new man be x Kg
- Total weight after adding the new man = Total weight before increase
- (T - 60) + x = New total weight
- ((Average weight + 1) * 15) - 60 + x = (Average weight + 1) * 15
- x = 15

Therefore, the weight of the new man is 75 Kg.
