1st write the electronic configuration of rubidium.. rubidium=1s2,2s2,2p6,3s2,3p6,4s2,3d10,4p6,5s1.. note:outermost electron is 5s1.. so; the principal quantum number will be n=5 and l=0 magnetic quantum number m=0 spin quantum number s= +1/2 or -1/2 but for our convenient we tuk +1/2..so the order is; n=5 l=0 m=0 s=+1/2...hence proved...hope u clear...!!👍
