Difference between delegation and decentralisation?
Delegation means handing over an authority from one person of high level to the person of low level whereas Decentralization is the final outcome achieved, when the delegation of authority is performed systematically and repeatedly to the lowest level. In delegation, the ultimate control is in the hands of superior . On other hand, the overall control is with top management and delegates authority for day to day control of departmental heads.

Delegation nd decentralisation are almost same bt the difference is that
delegation means dividing the work between two peoples when the manager feels burden of work
decentralisation means giving the authority nd responsibility at every level of company
