And, ∠ACB and ∠CBD are complementary.
∴ Let, ∠ACB = Θ and ∠CBD = (90° – Θ)
In ΔABC,

[∵ tan (90° – Θ) = cot Θ]
By multiplying eq. (i) & (ii),

x = 12 m
