Cash flow statement it's clear by its name, flow of cash. there is two aspects first one is INFLOW & second one is OUTFLOW. So let's discuss INFLOW & OUTFLOW.. inflow means cash flow in any organisation/company. outflow means cash flow out from organisation/company. after understanding both terms of cash flow, now I am going to tell you How it's help to company. outflow it's not mean that if u borrowed some amount from others that pay then called outflow, if u borrowed or not borrowed, if u give money to other person/company called outflow. similarly the answer of inflow. it's only reports of the cash inflows/outflows of organisations. how much money came and how much money out from organisation. How to make cash flow statement... it's very simple there's also two side debit & credit. if u paid, then record in Debit. if u received, then record in credit.
