There are 10 links.
All link here is hinged at center with other and also end is hinged with other link.
One is fixed which is frame on which slider is attached.
Slider have one dof as like revolute hinged that why we have slider crank mechanism which is equivalent of 4 bar chain mechanism.

And lowe pair = 13.
You can easily count the total hinged.
As i told you above that slider have 1 dof. Means lower pair.
So total lower pair will be 12 hinged + 1 sliding pair.

Dof= 3(l-1)-2p
3*9-2*13=1
