The electronegativity difference of WZ is 0.7,YZ is 2.6, XZ is 1.3 ,WX is 0.6. So the electronegativity difference is lowest for WX. So it may be a covalent compound so it will not be able to conduct electricity in fused state. Probably this may be the answer.
