In option B there are two carbonyl group but also have two methoxy groups which distabilize the negative charge by donating electrons (+m group).
Option C also have a methoxy group.
Option D have one carbonyl and methene group, both have electron withdrawing group (by resonance) but the dominant will be the carbonyl group. so the correct option will be A.
