Well to understand this in simple words political equality can be defined that all must hve equal political rights. No citizen should be deprived of his or her rights to vote on the basis of caste, colour, sex, property, education of religion etc. Beside this everybody should hve equal opportunity to hold public office only if he has the requisite qualification.
If the govt does nt work properly or in other words become despotic the citizen should hve the right to raise his or her voice against it and can criticise it... So on a whole political equality can be maintained only on those countries where citizen enjoys all these political rights like right to vote..
