What i will recommend,what I did! Actually I studied in sainik school,so entire learning process there,was in English! I was new there,I did not understand English at all ! I had to face too much problems! Even i could score just above 85 % and below 90% in exam ,it happened till class 7 th! when my English teacher use to teach,(dmn it!!), he always spoke English, always! And I use to stand in between and say' sir mujhe kucch smjh nhi aa Raha! ' sir usually replied in English,' we are allowed to communicate only in English! ' so there environment was English,I mean everywhere you should try to speak English! You know about ragging and seniority in sainik school,so our principal and vice principal ordered that ,now there should be a system in according to which,if anyone is found speaking Hindi or any language except English,he will be harshly punished! So the responsibility was on the shoulder of our senior bhaiyas! They made our old days hell! Now I was eating in English, breathing in English, bathing in English, speaking in English, everywhere English! Now slowly slowly I started speaking English and In 8 the class I became fluent in English! our school organized many programs,debates to improve English,so I used to participate in debate competition,for practice we used to present ourselves before mirror,this made us tough! So in short,to become fluent in English,you must speak English,eat English,breath English, excrete English,vomit English,etc ! don't think over my last sentence,you will understand it when you become fluent

As per my thinking if you start watching indian english movies and talk to google assistant in english whenever you wish to talk english. It really helps I have tried it.
