There will be right Shift on the PPC of our economy---(1)...subsidiy in diesel Under Annadata Sukhi Bhava Relief.. is to save the standing crops, which would otherwise be lost due to water scarcity in drought conditions. It has been given to those farmers who have diesel pumps. This relief is expected to help poor farmers to save their standing crops i.e Increasing production.(2)...to reduce subsidies reduce fiscal deficit to the state, so to sustain long-term growth in agriculture , the government should cut subsidies of fertilizer, irrigation(water), Power and credit and increase investments in agricultural research and development, rural, infrastructure and education. Promoting non-farm opportunities to farmers i.e increase in resources.
