EOD (elasticity of demand), refers to change in percentage of demand of a commodity due to change in percentage of the other factors like consumers income level etc. keeping price constant in other hand PEOD (price elasticity demand) refers to change in percentage of demand of a commodity due to percentage of change in its price only. So we can say these are something different

Price elasticity of demand is refer to percent change in quantity of demand is refer to percentage change in price where as other factor must be constant....Where as elasticity of demand is refer to percent change in quantity of demand is refer to percent change in another factor where as price are must be constant
