Save Energy and Water Program Launch

Dear Students,

We are pleased to inform you that our school's eco-club is launching a "Save Energy and Water Program" from 1st April 2018. This program aims to create awareness and encourage all students to actively participate in conserving energy and water resources in our school.

Program Details:
1. Objective: The primary objective of this program is to promote the responsible use of energy and water resources among students.

2. Duration: The program will commence from 1st April 2018 and will continue throughout the academic year.

3. Activities: Various activities will be organized to engage students in understanding the importance of conserving energy and water. These activities will include:

- Awareness Campaign: We will conduct awareness campaigns through posters, presentations, and workshops to educate students about the significance of saving energy and water.

- Energy Audit: A team of students will be formed to conduct regular energy audits in classrooms, common areas, and laboratories. They will identify areas where energy is being wasted and propose solutions to reduce energy consumption.

- Water Conservation Drive: Students will be encouraged to use water judiciously. We will organize competitions and workshops to demonstrate water-saving techniques and practices.

- Tree Plantation: As trees play a vital role in conserving energy and water, we will organize tree plantation drives within the school premises.

4. Rewards and Recognition: To motivate students, we will introduce a reward system to acknowledge and appreciate their efforts. Students actively participating in the program will be eligible for certificates of recognition.

5. Collaboration: Our eco-club will collaborate with other school clubs and organizations to maximize the impact of the program. We will also seek support from teachers, parents, and the school management to ensure the success of this initiative.
