Financial matter is any matter relating to the principal’s (the person who makes the enduring power of attorney or supportive attorney appointment) financial or property affairs.It includes any legal matter that relates to the financial or property affairs of the principal.
Examples of financial matters are:
1 making money available to the principal for the principal's personal expenditure.
2 paying expenses for the principal and any dependants of the principal relating to the maintenance and accommodation of the principal and any dependants, including purchasing an interest in, or making a contribution to an establishment to accommodate the principal or any dependants of the principal or otherwise making payments in relation to such property.
3 paying any debts of the principal, including any fees and expenses to which an attorney is legally entitled;
4 receiving and recovering money payable to the principal.
5 carrying on any trade or business of the principal.
6 performing any contracts entered into by the principal.
Business Matters is a British monthly magazine, specializing in business news for the small and medium enterprises business owner. The magazine was founded in London by EMAP. Its first issue appeared in February 1987. Following the purchase of the established title by Clearsight Publishing in 2007[1] (now known as Capital Business Media), the size and the distribution of the title increased and an online version and accompanying website was launched. In 2008, its readership had increased to 147,000 per month.
A new issue is released on the first Friday of every month. The magazine usually also has separate supplements that focus on specific topics. The magazine is based in Canary Wharf, London Docklands
